The Killer in the Back Seat
A woman driving home late is followed by a truck that keeps flashing its high beams at her. She's terrified of the driver. She should be terrified of what he can see.
An American urban legend, told since the 1960s

A woman was driving home late one night, alone, on a long, empty two-lane highway through the country. It was after midnight. No streetlights. No houses. Just her headlights on the road and the dark fields on either side.
She stopped for gas at a little station in the middle of nowhere. One pump. One attendant, an old man, half asleep. She filled up, paid, got back in her car, and drove on.
A few miles later, she noticed headlights in her rearview mirror.
A big pickup truck. Coming up behind her. Fast.
It came right up behind her. Close. Too close. Its headlights filled her mirror.
Then it flashed its high beams at her. Bright white light. Then off. Then on again.
She sped up. The truck sped up too. It stayed right behind her.
Flash. Flash.
She was terrified now. A man alone in a truck, on an empty road, after midnight, following a woman driving alone. She'd heard the stories.
She floored it. Seventy. Eighty. The truck stayed with her. Flashing.
