Refund Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Even the underground has a returns desk. It is in the back, next to the door that is not in the menu.
The plain, legally binding version follows. It is boring on purpose.
Everything sold here is digital and unlocks the moment you pay. Because it can be read right away, purchases are final once delivered, except in the cases below.
When we will refund
- Double charge. You were charged more than once for the same item. We refund the extra charge.
- Upgrade credit. You bought a single file or a volume, then within 14 days bought a bigger bundle that includes it (its volume, the complete Archive, or All Access). Ask within 14 days of the bigger purchase and we refund the smaller one.
- It does not work. A problem on our side stops you from reading what you bought, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days. We refund that purchase.
- The law says so. A refund is required by the consumer law where you live.
What is not a refund
- Lost code or empty library. We restore it instead, for free, forever: use Restore in your library, or the contact page.
- Changed your mind after the purchase unlocked.
- The subject matter. Content warnings and the 18+ notice are shown before every purchase.
How to ask
Use the contact page with the email you paid with and your receipt number. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. A refunded purchase can no longer be restored from the library.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are fixed the same day, and a dispute takes weeks.
Who processes your payment
Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for these purchases and collects sales tax where required. Stripe’s own buyer terms may also apply. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under those terms or under the law.
